Cone crusher access-concave and mantle

The concave and mantle are the main components that work together in a cone crusher to crush materials. Since the concave is fixed in position, it is also called the fixed cone. When the cone crusher is in operation, the mantle will move along a specific trajectory, and the distance between it and the concave will sometimes get closer and sometimes farther away, so as to achieve the extrusion and crushing of materials. Part of the materials will be discharged from the open-side discharge port. The concave is fixed on the adjustment ring by U-shaped screws, and zinc alloy is injected between them to make them tightly combined. When the concave is newly installed or replaced, its fastening condition should be checked after it has worked for 6 to 8 hours, and the U-shaped screws should be tightened again.
