Product Introduction
The jaw crusher is simple in structure, easy to manufacture, reliable in operation, and convenient for use and maintenance. Its main working parts are two jaw plates which are prone to wear and affect normal use. Thus, regular maintenance and timely replacement of the jaw plates are required during operation to ensure the crushing effect on materials.
Performance Features
1. A wear-resistant lining plate is installed on the surface of the jaw plate, which greatly extends the service life of the jaw plate.
2. It has a stable chemical composition, a reasonable heat treatment process, good wear resistance and high strength.
3. It has excellent comprehensive performance, a low price and a high cost-performance ratio.
The jaw plates of jaw crushers are usually made of high manganese steel. To enhance the wear resistance, ZGMn13Cr2 can be used. There is also the method of microalloying treatment (also known as modification treatment) by adding trace elements to improve the wear resistance. For small jaw plates, “composite casting” is also adopted, that is, high-hardness materials are used for the tooth surface while high manganese steel or carbon steel is used for the matrix.
