No matter what kind of machine, it is inevitable to encounter various problems during use. So what should we do to improve the performance of the impact crusher and bring more economic benefits to those who are using the impact crusher?
1. Reasonably reduce the humidity of the material
If the material contains a lot of water, the material is easy to adhere to the crushing chamber, and it is also easy to block during the feeding process, reducing the production capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, for materials with high water content, drying or pre-drying can be adopted to reasonably reduce the humidity of the material and improve the production capacity of the impact crusher.
2. Choose an impact crusher with a pre-screening belt
If the material before crushing contains a large amount of fine powder, the production capacity of the impact crusher will be reduced. Because these fine powders are easy to adhere, affecting transportation and feeding. If the impact crusher is equipped with a pre-screening belt, the powdered material can be screened so that the material entering the crushing chamber is more in line with the design requirements of the impact crusher, effectively improving the production capacity of the impact crusher.
3. Reasonably increase the power of the main motor
Within the rated motor power range, the greater the main motor power, the higher the production efficiency and production capacity of the impact crusher. Therefore, in production, the main motor power can be increased within the allowable range to improve the production capacity of the impact crusher.
4. Appropriately increase the rotor speed
The rotor speed of the crawler mobile impact crushing station is one of the important working parameters of the impact crusher, and plays a decisive role in the production capacity, product particle size, and crushing ratio of the crusher. Experiments show that with the increase of the rotor speed, the production capacity and crushing ratio of the impact crusher will be significantly improved, and the product particle size will be relatively fine. However, as the rotor speed increases, power consumption will also increase, the hammer head will wear faster, and certain production costs will be increased. Therefore, in production, we cannot blindly pursue high rotor speed, and the speed increase should be appropriate.
5. The angle of the impact plate should be appropriate
At present, there are serrated impact plates and arc-shaped impact plates on the market. The angle of each level of impact plates has a great influence on the effective crushing force of the material hitting the impact plate, and also has a great influence on the impact and shear crushing effect of the material.
The serrated impact plate has a simple structure, but it cannot guarantee that the crushed material is more effectively impacted and crushed. Therefore, when purchasing and debugging the impact crusher, you must pay attention to the angle of the impact plate, and try to make the material perpendicular to the impact plate when it collides with the impact plate to improve the production capacity of the impact crusher.
The arc-shaped impact plate mostly adopts an involute shape. The characteristic of this structural form is that the impact direction of each point of the impact plate to the crushed material is perpendicular, the crushing efficiency is high, and the production capacity is also high.
6. Reasonable adjustment of the impact crusher and uniform feeding
The impact crusher should be fed evenly to prevent large pieces of material and unbroken material exceeding the specified value from entering the crushing chamber. When abnormal vibration and noise are found in the impact crusher, the machine should be stopped for inspection to find out the cause and eliminate the fault before restarting the impact crusher.
