Volumetric Mixers-RT514(Intelligent integrated concrete vehicle)

The intelligent integrated concrete vehicle (also known as the vehicle-mounted mixing station, mobile commercial concrete mixing station, etc.) was developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the 1980s. Its main functions are as follows: Put the raw materials needed for concrete production on a truck and conduct on-site production. Especially for special concretes such as high-efficiency quick-setting concrete and polymer concrete, it is the only large-scale production machinery, and it is very difficult to be replaced by other methods. Meanwhile, it has great mobility and convenience.




Since 2009, our company has introduced the advanced concepts and technologies of mobile mixing stations from the United States, Germany and Italy, and started to promote and produce them in China with higher standards and lower costs. This technology and products have filled the domestic gaps and have been widely applied in aspects such as airports, high-speed railways, bridges, expressways and infrastructure construction.




Characteristics of the Intelligent Integrated Concrete Vehicle
1. Store the raw materials needed for production on the vehicle.
2. Independent metering system: Provide specialized material metering for sand, gravel, cement, water, admixtures, etc. Its standards comply with and pass GB/T 1071 – 2005.
3. Convenient: Adjust production at any time according to the required quantity and types.
4. Environmentally friendly: The noise and dust levels during the vehicle’s operation fully meet the national urban environmental protection requirements, and there is no waste of raw materials.
5. Economical: Compared with the existing mixing stations, it reduces the costs of secondary transportation and factories, with a savings rate of over 20%.
6. Cost-effective: Produce on demand and be able to mix construction waste, slag and other materials on site.
